Questions people ask

Do I need to install anything?

No. Citadel opens in your browser. If you like, install it on your phone or computer like an app.

Does it use the Jalali calendar?

Yes. Pick Jalali or Gregorian in your business settings. Amounts are in rials with thousands separators.

Can my staff see everything?

Not unless you want them to. You set what each role may do and which warehouses each person can reach.

My shop runs on WooCommerce. Will it connect?

Yes. Install the Citadel WooCommerce plugin and give it your API key. Built your shop on something else? Use the shop API.

How do I open an account?

There's no online sign-up yet. Drop us a message and we'll set up your account; then you sign in with your email and password.
